Tickets & Venue
Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased in advance online or in the box office one hour before curtain time.
Box Office: 541-917-4531 or theater@linnbenton.edu.
Payment: Cash, check, and VISA/MasterCard accepted.
Refunds or Exchanges: No refund on any ticket purchase. All sales are final. Exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at least one hour prior to the start of the original performance. Subject to space availability on the date of the requested performance.
Will Call: Tickets held for will call must be picked up 15 minutes before curtain. All tickets not picked up by that time may be subject to release.
Cameras and Recorders: Due to licensing agreements with theatrical publishers, all picture-taking, audio recordings and video recordings are not allowed in the theater.
Curtain Times: See the Current Season page for curtain times. Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain. Late seating is not guaranteed and late comers may not be admitted.
Food and Drink: Food and drink are not allowed inside the theaters. Beverages and cookies may be available for purchase at intermission in the theater lobby.
Late Seating: Late seating is not guaranteed and latecomers may not be admitted to the theater. When appropriate, latecomers will be seated in the rear of the theater. There are no refunds or exchanges for latecomers.
Lost Tickets: Please contact the Box Office at 541-917-4531, theater@linnbenton.edu prior to the performance for assistance.
Lost and Found: Please call the Russell Tripp Performance Center Box Office at 541-917-4531 between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, to claim lost items.
Parking: Parking on the LBCC campus is free.
Seating: With the exception of select events (such as The Nutcracker), seating in the theater is general seating. Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain.
Seniors/Students: For most productions, senior ticket rates are offered to patrons 60 and older. Student discounts are often available.
Smoking: There are sheltered smoking areas located in the parking lots. Otherwise, smoking is prohibited anywhere on the LBCC campus.
Special Access Needs: A disability entrance as well as wheelchair accessible seating is available. An usher will be present to help you.

two to four weeks in advance. Make all other requests at least 72 hours prior to the
event. We will make every effort to honor requests.
