The American Association of Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) is a nationwide volunteer service organization.

Linn-Benton Community College AAWCC Chapter

We are a volunteer service organization operating at Linn-Benton Community College.
We are associated and connected to the State Chapter of AAWCC.  

 Our Purpose:

1. Develop a community to support and promote the personal and professional growth of women
    at LBCC.
2. Offer a forum for all staff as they provide services that respond to the needs of women
    students and employees.
3. Promote excellence and equity for women in all roles and at all levels within the College.

 Our Motto:
