STATEMENT
It is expected that all employees and board members of Linn-Benton Community College shall comply with the entirety of ORS Chapter 244, Government Ethics, as amended. Specifically, no board member, employee or family member associated with Linn-Benton Community College may accept, directly or indirectly, any substantial rebate, service, gift, compensation, money, promise, or contract for future compensation from any person or organization to whom a promise or purchase order is awarded in which the college has an interest. Also, no board member, employee or family member shall further their personal gain or avoid expense by information gained as a result of their district association.
